Am I obligated to take your offer?

No, there is no obligation. We carefully evaluate the property and always offer our best price to you. You are free to walk away at any time. 

What do you mean by a “cash offer?”

We use our own money and write a check to you for the house. We remove the need for bank loans, and we make the buying process quick. Additionally, this means no fees or commissions.

Can I sell my house if I’m evicting a tenant or am having tenant troubles?

Yes, it is possible to still close with a live-in tenant.

I need to sell a home I just inherited. Will you buy it?

Yes, we’ll work with you and your family to come to an arrangement that works for all.

Can I sell my inherited house if it’s still in Probate?

Yes, our offer can be accepted subject to completion of the Probate.

Will you list my house on the MLS?

Buying from the seller directly means the house doesn’t need to be listed. In effect avoiding additional fees like commissions, repairs, inspections and bank loans.  

What if my house is already listed with an agent?
